What does it take to be CrossFit strong? Strength and athleticism across a broad variety of elements like olympic lifting, power lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more would be a good place to start. But perhaps its also something more complex and more elusive.Call it “girl power” if you will. They call it the ability to push yourself beyond normal or expected female limitations.

While challenging in every aspect, CrossFit can also be applied for any woman, at any strength level. The women of CrossFit El Paso are a testament to that. Access to movement variation and athlete-specific modification make CrossFit an environment in which all individuals can thrive- no matter their current fitness level, age, or athletic background.
